Has anyone gotten new dead hard to work or be useful?
I'm curious if people are still able to use it and how?

Press e to dodge a hit instead of for distance, be rewarded with more distance than old dead hard

Yeah so far so good for me. I really like it. Pretty much just know when the killers gonna swing or damage you. Ive been running it most games and so far Ive gotten pretty good value outta it.

You have to do it on vaults, stop for a split second as the killer will automatically go for a swing usually and as they swing press it now you've got a free vault and a lil bit of distance.

It's pretty good if you time it well but generaly less usefull than old DH, which is good.

The timing hasn't been an issue for me. I use it to predict killer attacks instead of looking behind me and holding a neon sign that says I have dead hard. It's worked pretty well.

It's pretty useful if you ######### up a vault and vault right into the killer just need a good reaction time is all

its better than before... no more distance but bait the hit and it does the same if not better.

So you've had time to play both killer and survivor after the update? How does survivor feel compared to killer?

Yes, two days of an update lets you play lots of both killer and survivor if you want to play dbd! Survivor has felt harder and a little bit more tedius, though I haven't played much of survivor, so I'll get back to you once you stop being rude and actually want to contribute, and once I've had time to play more survivor.

I had just one person use it against me. It is they sole reason the escaped and got hatch. I, however, have failed to use it correctly at all, lol.

The only times I've seen people use it is to take hits/bodyblock a hook.

I’ve had several survivors try to use it against me. Only a couple have actually gotten it to work.

Some Survivor used it against me. Worked exactly once, but the success was quite limited, it was a free stack for STBFL for me. But since I already had 6 Stacks (after the DH), the distance gained due to the Speedboost was not so huge...

Been some matches as a killer, some survivors actually Dhed well. But it's rare, and most likely from me to not expecting DH at all after update. -_-

I threw dead hard away as soon as I heard it was getting nerf. Sprint Burst has saved me a lot more times than dead hard has though.

Someone got it off on me the other day, and I actually found myself being happy that they pulled it off instead of frustrated, lol

It kiiiinda works on nurse still. For some reason i feel like it should be pretty much the same as old DH in function because you just wait for nurse to tp on you and then you press e but im getting a lot of people that i guess press it early and i get a down anyway?
Feels like its not as generous in its timing as old DH. 0.5 sec parry window means you gotta either predict or react well.

I still have survivors using dead hard on reaction to a killer lunge. It doesn’t matter if I try to flick my camera, or anything else, they are waiting for the lunge audio cue.
