Why was Ghostface's music messed with? (6.1.0)

I'm sure anyone whose faced Ghostface has noticed his 8 meter - chase track was oddly slowed this current Mid-Chapter. It's very distracting , and I'm curious to know why this change was made to begin with.

They've been tweaking Ghost Face's music for awhile. Its probably an ongoing debate between the devs and maybe even the licensing

This is the 4th iteration, and yet it's the same current version, but slowed at the last two phases. It's really rough sounding now.

I do like the slower version. Makes it easier to hear footsteps.
