Spend almost 900K BP and got 2 Ultra Rare addons
From level 1 to level 34 I belive. Got 2 (1 only I managed to pick up) in the bloodweb. Now, If I spend some more BP I will be able to maybe pick 3-4 more around levels 40-50 but then I have to spend like another 800K to have even a chance to find it. On 1 character! That's crazy. I feel like I wasted these BP. It feels horrible.
UPDATE: So I spend probably around 600K more and got to almost level 50 and I was hoping to find in every bloodweb at least one ultra rare add-on (levels 40+). Oh how naive I was lol. Nope, I still got maybe like +2/3 extra ultra rares after spending even more and being on the top level chance of finding these add-ons. I feel ruined. It's pointless to grind add-ons.

At least they know this issue and promised to fix. When? "Soon" i guess.

I knew it would be a problem but after really feeling it and not just see it on a paper I feel it is much worse than I thought. You have to grind for hours to have a chance to pick up few of these addons and some killers have only 1 of them good.

And most of them are bad or not worth it on the others....very few Killers have anything good Iri addons.
Doc has 2 good ones
Demo has 1
Huntress has 1 if your good at sniping....

The Devs said at one point (when Survivors lose their Add Ons when they escape) that it is intended that you run out of Add Ons at some point.
Same applies to Killer now. At least there is a reason to use Black Wards now.

I wanted more Sadako addons (Tape), because that's one of her best addons and it makes TV more usefull without that insane 100 sec cooldown but I only got that bad Remote Controler which is garbage addon.

You would run out of them unless you one trick that Killer and spend all BP into them anyway with previous patch.
Now you have to spend like 800K entry on a single character (not just a killer btw) to get a CHANCE for something good. It is insane. Them after few levels again 800K entry.

I had the same experience. I put over a million BPs into a killer. This was before the incentives were kill switched. Back when they were giving absurd amounts of BPs per match. Like what is the point of even playing if you don't get anything good for leveling up? We already get significantly less BPs under normal circumstances with the nerfs to BBQ and WGLF. Now we don't get any fun addons either? You basically have to play more to get less than ever. This is why you don't rush out massive changes like this. Who knows when they'll actually rework the lower level blood webs and boost the BPs we get per match.

I quess I will get all perks on all Survivors (and I don't need it, allready have my main with all max out) instead grinding few good addons for insane ammout of BP. Survivors are just skins but at least I can have everything on everyone one day instead of trying to spend milinions BP for very little for very few killers lol.

Deathslinger also has a great one (Iri Coin) and also a worthless one (hellshire iron).
About the executioner we don't even need to talk, an iridescent that only makes you undetectable when standing on a ToT trail (that doesn't even linger) is not worth it. Trapper surprisingly has very solid iris and Myers as well (you could even argue they are OP, especially against not so good survivors). I'm still confused why BHVR makes some iris so bad that they could have been purple or green addons. It feels like they're throwing random attributes and conditions /requirements in a randomizer and then click on the randomizer button and think: 'that would be a great iri, definitely not overpriced and doing almost nothing for an iri is find'. I think most killers still need their addons reworked or rebalanced.

Right Pyramid Head had soany possibilities for some good addons...he's still one of my favorite Killers just because he's my favorite video game monster....but I agree it seems like some of the weaker Killers have more solid iris like Doc for instance...if you run Queen and King...your just wanting to bulldoze the Survivors.....now with the new changes I might get back onto him and see how he plays out .....Dr Feel Good is back baby!

They’ve increased the grind, added prestige tax and addon scarcity and killed off solo survivor queue with one swing

Except you could just keep grinding for either side before to stock up. Now that becomes MUCH harder for both sides (until the devs fix that problem). If it applies to Killer "now," then it applies to Survivors much harder than before this update.

...You realize this applies to everyone, right? Killers aren't getting iri addons and survivors aren't getting BNPs or syringes.
Don't know how you got a killer versus survivor deal out of this.

This issue was pointed out by every players as soon as PTB started. Devs should had noticed and fixed it before PTB.

Exactly. Devs are aware, so it's time to play killers who have good greens or don't need addons until it's fixed. Meyers is the only killer I feel I need iri addons to customize my play style.

they need to a new addon system. most BP goes to stuff you don't need.

I think this is alright. Again, this is a reason to use White Wards or Black Wards.
And it applies to Survivor anyway, even before, since they have so much ######### in their Bloodweb that it is hard to get the things you actually want. For Killers this means that there is not one guaranteed Alchemists Ring (at least) in each Bloodweb.

Why not make it easier for both to hoard their add-ons?

The devs specifically said in their blogs they are planning to update the rarities in post-Prestige bloodwebs so the rares and ultra rares continue showing up.

This is why I haven't bothered leveling past prestige 10. To even get the entire roster from p9 to p10 (after conversion) it takes more than 3 mil bloodpoints because the level 50 bloodwebs got reset.. I don't want to waste tons of BP just to get good items/addons. I'll wait until BHVR improves the bloodweb system

I don't think this is alright. I don't think a non-F2P game that already monetizes itself like a F2P game should further raise the grind of stuff that can't even be bought directly with premium currency and can only ever be obtained through grinding. That is actively choosing to inconvenience players for no benefit, which can only ever be a bad thing.
