For me I would say pretty much all day:

Survivors - almost instant

Killers - few minutes

No more "killers super fast at late afternoon / night and survivors super fast during day and morning". No. Just flat survivors super fast and killers always takes a while, during a day probably even longer while than at night.

That is saying something.

    Survivor is now always the fastest regardless of the time. Killer varies between 10+ minutes in the morning and 5+ minutes at night

    Instant as survivor, even in a full SWF. KIller can range between 3 minutes to anywhere up to 15-20 at really bad times.

    Survivor queue time is always under a minute, usually 30 seconds at max. Killer however is a different story, 5+ minutes is the average wait time.
