Off The record.
Off the record was reworked again yesterday now its useless again. Devs will never answer why they help killers in each update. The supposed changes for survivors are meant to be good? Off the record disabled now when doing conspicuous actions. All survivors perks were debuff. While killers got buffs on every level. The level of camping has increased dramatically and nothing is done? Game is dead.

It was already like that on PTB? The only change from PTB, OTR is deactivated in end game.

No it wasn't like tht 2 days ago i could work on gen and still have endurance for 80 seconds. Anything for killers huh devs...

No you have not. Endurance effect is removing whenever you get hit or do any of conspicuous actions. But perk has 3 effects. Iron Will and aura hiding is still staying active for 80 seconds.

While I agree SoloQ got screwed this patch, I'm curious why you think it's balanced to have an anti-tunnel perk remain active while you're doing a gen. You aren't being tunneled if you are doing a gen....

you don't need the endurance effect if you have time to do a gen or heal yourself.

By the end of the month Off the Record will leave you broken and unable to repair for 90 seconds.
Some perkless Freddy must have complained he couldn't 4k.
