Saying "dbd at its low" or "dbd gonna die" is all false
This game is not dropping in players. More people are joining than leaving so making comments like "dbd finally gonna die" is ridiculous. I mean the fact that people are complaining about this means that people are still playing the game and not leaving lmao. Let's face the facts. Dbd is more addictive than nicotine and you will never leave this game for good, nor will it die any time soon.
Just think about this new patch as new content. Do you want the same game forever? No you don't, so dbd is switching things up and experimenting. Everything is so overdramatic and no body is gratefully for dbd listening to the community and doing what they ask for

Steam charts are public, might want to go look at them before you claim the game isn't dropping players.

The majority of the playerbase are console users though. If only we had a way of checking those stats for the individual platforms to see a greater perspective on how the game is doing player-wise.

44k peak today on Steam. Right in the middle of the post-anniversary doldrums, but without Nemesis. After not only a massive meta shakeup, but all sorts of bugs and shenanigans.
Yeah, game is falling fast :|.
DBD is finally going to die. One day. But it's still doing fine, and it's got a good 2 or 3 years left in it before we start reaching dangerously low numbers. It did probably peak last year, so that's my best guess.
Other than that - yeah, people don't like getting nerfed, even when that nerf was mostly needed.
This is the single biggest meta shakeup that DbD has ever had perk wise. There will be a few balance worries. But, with a few things excepted, it's a huge step in the right direction.

Steam charts show that the game has more daily players on average than January February March April and may. This is the 2nd best month for dbd this year

Maybe you should be the one looking at them buddy

While this isn't a huge number the game has dropped in numbers. About 10k since June.
Does this mean the game is going to die? No. I think it's just as ridiculous to say that it isn't dropping numbers because it's certainly not gaining.

Math is hard for some people, not to mention it is only getting started. If we don't see some changes soon I expect they might break so low records.

According to steam charts, game is pretty stable lol
Basically "I wish playercounts to drop, so I will keep talking as if it has already happened"
I don't know if those kind of things has any credibility.

Numbers always drop after the anniversary.
