Is there any estimated time on when this will be available again? Was it disabled because of prestige rework? I really wanna sync both accounts

I've sent an email to support some days ago but it still didn't get answered.

    It was disabled because a lot of people lost progress after merging. Probably better that it's disabled currently if it became that big of an issue

    Mooks already beat me to it <3 but yes, there is no estimated time given right now in regards to its return. Apologies for the inconvenience of not being able to sync your accounts right now, but it absolutely will be back when the issue is resloved, and we will let everyone know when that happens!
