Why do survivors try to get them selfs of the hook when i have
^^^^ gone across the map to get them and im standing next to the hook but they try getting of them selfs in my mind there trolling but is there a better reason why they do it cause it seems to happen more now

Depends on the survivor. If you have Deliverance plus SB and OTR, you've got a decent chance to get away. Same thing with Slippery Meat, Up the Ante, SB and OTR. For others, it's a troll for some others they're brand new and, for others, it's apparent nobody is coming for them.

There's a risk of upsetting your teammates. If so.eone attempts to unhook themselves as I'm coming for them, I'll just leave them up there and not heal them the rest of the game. Sometimes it's not about winning. It's the principle

If a teammate leaves whatever they were working on to run across the map to unhook you and you kobe in their face, that pretty much flipping them the bird, tbh.
If you are running deliverance and you wait until the killer leaves to use it, that's one thing, but trying to 4% right as your rescuer is arriving is a dick move. It pretty much sends the message that you don't care about their time.
What really cooks my noodle is when a teammate just hangs there until I am close, then they send themselves to struggle right as I reach them.

Didn't say you are wrong to get annoyed with them. I doesn't bother me at all, but I've never done it myself either. I'm just stating what I think is happening in their heads.

Because unhooking yourself gives you points. That's all.

There are a few different answers for this one
there is an achievement for unhooking yourself so if you can attempt to Get off without sending yourself into struggle it is a free attempt at progress towards that achievement.
Someone might also try it if they think they're gonna go to struggle anyways to try and get off before going to 2nd stage

I personally think it's funny when people 4% in my face but it upsets many people so I don't suggest doing it to randoms.
