I mean, this is my doc build just because he is the only one I play, and I use very off meta tools

Mad grit, lightborn, some sort of off meta slowdown, and distressing, along with iri king and high stimulus

Cool! Personally i dont use iri's at all because im all about skill and they are a little to op for me but to each his own! )

    Distressing Doctor? Interesting!

Another build i use with him is Overcharge/Surge/Unnerving Presence/Distressing on Gideon Meat Packing Facility (The Game)

distressing - increases terror radius, crucial for this build

Caulrophobia - makes healing hard, synergy with distressing

unnerving presence - makes skillchecks hard, synergy with distressing

Last perk is one of these two:

Hex: Lullaby - makes skillchecks hard, synergy with unnerving presence and caulrophobia. Risky choice - gets found relatively quickly

Overcharge - makes kicking gens meaningful, synergy with unnerving presence.

Add ons - 2 "Calm" editions to increase terror radius even more, synergy with caulrophobia, unnerving presence and overcharge

Strategy is not to spam static blast whenever possible. Use it only if you cannot find someone for an extended period of time, and don't raise survivors madness level above 2.

I've been running an anti-healing build on Doctor, including Nurse's Calling, Distressing or Septic Touch, Coulrophobia, and Unnerving Presence. This was largely inspired by the Otzdarva video where he demonstrated what Coul + UP on Doctor could do. If not devilishly cruel, I've found that it can actually work surprisingly well. Since Doctor does not have much lethality and can struggle to secure a down, keeping everyone injured for significantly longer has actually helped counteract this to some degree. Either way, I just think it's too cruel and hilarious to pass up.

Eh, honestly I'd say out of all the iri's, doc's are the most balanced imho

Nice! I like this with the exception of Huntress Lulluby. I feel like you can commit more ie get more value with Nurses as opposed to Huntress Lulluby. They mess up the healing skill check then you know where they are and Nurses will always be great information for this type of build.

I'll even say you should try Undying/Huntress Lulluby so your curse will stay up longer!

Dont get me wrong some iris are definitely not so strong and some i even consider sub par but i feel like Doctors iri's especially combined is broken bc you get everything from his purple and some green addons put into one.

Its the same as Plague with the iri that shows you they're aura for 5 seconds when they puke, thats just way to op for me and if i win like "that" then i feel like i really didnt beat survivor. Most survivors are solo so thats even more of a reason for me not to use it but again to each his own!

Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Sloppy Butcher, Coulrophobia. Double terror radius addons and a small map offering.

You basically injure everyone and they can never heal, get everyone to tier 1 and never use your power to keep your terror radius big (unless you can't find anyone). Feels disgusting, just about every game I have done it they give up. It is nearly impossible to heal (I have played against it).

Distressing, Unnerving, Hunter's Lullaby, Starstruck. Addons are Calm and the one that allows you to see the Doctor hallucinations.

You get tons of info from the build as you can gage where survivors are based on screams from Static Blast, seeing where hallucinations are and where they are looking, and loud noise notifications from failed skill checks. This keeps you informed of where survivors are and what they are doing. Down survivors in areas where you know others will be in you TR and you'll get Starstruck value and can quickly snowball.

High MMRs often shut this down as survivors can make the checks most of the time and know to look for HL and cleanse it, but you can clean up low and mid MMR matches.

I saw a maniac running Knockout, Monitor and Abuse and both calm add-ons the other day along with Tinkerer.

Silent Doctor just messes with my head.

I'm glad to see that people are actually using Coulrophobia now.

I've been testing this perks before seeing this comment and I can confirm it's a real nightmare. I've got 4k in every game except one where they found the hatch.

In my case I use restraint so I can see where are they healing and go for them to be more annoying.

A Doctor main I used to watch on Twitch, ArchdruidDrey, used a build of Barbecue & Chili, Iron Maiden, Jolt, and Save The Best For Last.

This was before the update and I'm not sure they're on DBD as much, so dontv know if BBQ was replaced with anything, but it's a solid build. It should be noted Iron Maiden is more for info than the Exposed effect.

I like to use Dark Devotion for meming purposes, myself.

Your Doctor build is really effective since he is so good at pushing people off gens and preventing them from doing them. Apart from skillcheck Terror Radius builds, you can also go stealth Doctor. With Insidious, you can sit next to a gen and pretend you're an illusion. It's so funny when Survivors fall for this.

You can also go for Exposed builds like those in here. With your big Terror Radius, you can get some value from Starstruck. You can also protect Devour totems to an extent.

2 Calm Addons, Distressing, Starstruck, and whatever i feel like among Unnerving Presence, Overcharge, Eruption, Oppression, and even BBQ.

The moment you hook the first guy, Starstruck kicks in, you use StaticBlast to find the survivors that are just affected with Starstruck, and you just snowball from there. Works best on The Game/Midwich. There was one match on Midwich where i didnt 4k (actually, 3 of them even escaped), but usually, on those maps with this build i get a 4k.
