The skin I'd want for her would be like Snegurouchka - don't know how to spell it in english, but at Russian New year she is the grand daughter of Father Frost.
And the costume would be hilarious to see running through Coldwind.

There's nothing "classy" about formalwear, it's a remnant of an even more class-segregated society, and the ostentation of corrupt, decadent nobility and industrial scions. No thanks!
