Artist + Pain Resonance + Dead man Switch is back on the Menu Boys.
As an Artist Enthusiast with mainly Pain Resonance, Dead Man Switch, BBQ and Chili and NOED Build pre patch, I'm am loving this Developer Update. You guys just made me Moist Critical Celebrate.
Thank you BHVR for seeing the 30 Secs Merciless Storm Clip and having a knee jerk reaction of rebuffing Pain Resonance.

They're referring to a video clip of a solid 30secs of Merciless Storm skill checks. No the amount of time gens are blocked from DMS.

Artist does not care what amount of time DMS is. The Bird will always get you off the Gen where ever she in on the Map.

Yea it's weak if it's other Killer, That's why I'm bringing Up Artist. Artist is the only one who can exploit the ######### out Dead Man Switch and Pain Resonance.
No Other Killer can make you let go a Gen while simultaneously being at the other side of edge of the Map.
As an Artist on Mother's Dwelling at the edge of the Map, you hook someone, You Hear a Gen Pop at the other side of the Map, DMS didn't take effect, You Send Bird 1, Survivor is now forced to let go or get injured by Bird 2 and DMS will be guaranteed to take effect.
This combo was nerfed on 6.0.0 and does not work currently but they are bringing it back which is my whole point. No One cares if DMS is 30 secs, the point is Artist can force you to activate it.

You know, artist don't need pain resonance to activate DMS.
And you still will not hear gen pop.

It says "we are restoring Pain Resonance’s generator interruption, though the Killer will still not receive a notification", so presumably survivors can just hop off the gen before the hook and avoid DMS? I did that prior to the PR nerf anyway

You can still do this right now though?
It’s actually going to be weaker next patch because the duration is lower.
This buff benefits other killers more than Artist.
