    It inreases charges.
    So imma say it this way:

    • when you have a toolbox with a lot of charges use this
    • if you have a toolbox with less charges use the 30 charges add-on

    Toolboxes have a specific amount of charges. Those get used up at a specific rate when you use it. With the Add-on in question, that rate will be lowered, meaning that the Toolbox will last longer until it's used up.
