Project W Skin Predictions
I'm gonna use the things I've been talking about for awhile. Based on the first chapter, the only licenses they have are RE2R, RE3R, RE4 and RE5. this chapter seems to be continuing that so here are my predictions and they will only come from these games.
Wesker could either get his RE4 outfit OR his RE1 outfit but it will be like Chris' where it's the RE5 version of the RE1 outfit so they don't have to spend that extra money for the RE1 license.
Ada will most likely get her RE4 outfit as her very rare outfit. It will be consistent with Leon having his RE4 outfit and would make sense since the RE4R is right around the corner.
As a legendary skin, I have bets on either Sheva or Annette Birkin since it makes sense for Ada since they are in the same game and Ada is trying to chase her. Sheva as the other option is because we have RE5 Chris and Wesker.
For Rebecca, it's very easy. There aren't many skins to choose for her out of the 4 games they have the license for and she only appears in 2 of them anyways. I believe her very rare skin will be her basketball uniform from the Resident Evil 2 Remake.
For a legendary skin, easily Ashley Graham. This is a pretty perfect and obvious one for me. If fits to be on Rebecca since they are the more helpless type and again it stays consistent with the RE4 thing since Leon has his and we have the remake coming.

I did not even realize Rebecca appeared in any of those games. Unless you mean Mercenaries or something, I never really play that mode.
That being said, a Sheva skin would be so lol. I think the point of these is that people might want to buy them. She was not even popular in her one off game.

I hope we get Hunk eventually it would defintely make me buy the chapter or skin. But yea Sheva seems likely for Adas alt skin.

I am one of them honestly. I only played that game co-op with my sister and she took Chris Redfield every time. Ha ha ha... So she grew on me. Especially in the boat section where she screams, "yOu'Ll CaPsiZe uS1!" if you accidentally bump a rock at low speed. Beautiful.

the experience of yelling sheva 200 times because the AI in that game was awful because you had no one to play coop with

I really don't think licenses are an issue cuz the entire RE series is owned by Capcom , but they likely go with whatever's the most recognizable or popular, so RE2R/3R/4/5. 6 flopped and I feel like 7 and 8 are too new to be iconic.
I'd love to have an adult Sherry skin though, she's one of my favorite playable characters in the games

Me and my sister played Re5 this year, a much better experience than singeplayer and made me appreciate sheva alot more without the garbage ai

Rebecca and Ashley aren’t on the same level of helplessness at all? Rebecca may not be on the same level of Jill, but she is still a STARS member..
also, have the different RE game different license holders or why do you think they only have the licenses for 4 games?

She was in the mercenaries in RE5 and is a secret photo in RE2R (and the original RE2)

She's the S.T.A.R.S. Medic. Outside of that she's always in need of saving a lot of the time. In RE1 she definitely does some stuff sure but when Billy is around he usually takes the center.
All of it is owned by Capcom. The reason why I think they only have 4 games though is because those are the only 4 games they used. Like if they DID have RE1R or RE3 original wouldn't you think Chris would've looked more like the original and Nemesis would've had his classic skin probably at launch because of course that would sell like crazy? And it seems to continue with this chapter. All the contents are from the games I think they have the license for as well.

Alex Wesker legendary cosmetic for Albert would be okay. I know it sounds ridiculous but when Alex creating T-Phobos, she put some Uroboros in it

I think it is kinda weird that we didn’t get more cosmetics. But I don’t think it’s necessarily limited by the games but more so as to what Capcom is willing to give. Gotta wait and see, I would expect more cosmetics for Jill and Leon as well, but it’s really hard to tell how they are deciding it..
as for Rebecca, sure she is the medic, but also very new in the team as well. But she is definitely capable of more than Ashley. Also it doesn’t really matter in DbD anyways, as survivors are all just skins..

6 was not a flop at all, it sold stupidly well for the time, it was just rated poorly (Its not a bad game on its own merits, just not a very good RE game)

Make Nurse Rebecca a thing and make it so Nurse can't kill her (she has too much respect for fellow nurses)

I'm not saying it's a bad game, I actually liked it a lot for what it was, but it's nearly forgotten in time already and no one suggests playing it whenever RE is brought up which is why it's considered a flop.
I personally think it's a great co-op game, but if people consider it a bad RE game then it's pretty much a flop and there's a low chance anything will be added from it (except for maybe costumes for Leon and Ada if we're lucky)

That's why I love Capcom. It made money but that's not all they cared about. They care enough about what people want that we got RE7.

Yeah but that's in RE0 which is a license they seem to not have. They most likely licensed her from RE5 and the only other outfit from the games they have used which is RE2R, RE3R, RE4 and 5 is the basketball outfit from 2R

If Ashley was a problem for you in Re4 you just weren't good enough at protecting her, skill issue. Seriously though I'd like to have her too

Ada definitely will get her RE4 outfit and possibly her undercover/trenchcoat look from the RE2 remake.
I don't know much about Rebecca since I haven't seen her any of the RE games I've played, but she might get some of her outfits from the RE1 remake.
No idea about Wesker since the only game I've played with him in it was RE5, and he didn't have many different looks there.
As for the previous RE characters we have gotten (Leon and Jill), I'm hoping we can finally see Jill's STARS outfit and/or her look from RE5 or Revelations. And for Leon, hopefully his RE6 look and/or some of his outfits from the RE2 remake, or maybe his alternative outfit from RE4.
As for legendaries, Ashley seems like the most likely one. I don't know about Sheva since a lot of people didn't like her in RE5 (from what I've seen, at least), but she could be a possibility too.

Billy Coen as a legendary pretty please. We already know that BHVR has no problem adding a legendary skin of a different sex to a base character (e.g. Cheryl to James) so this can be applied to any of the four core RE survivors.

Well, at least rumors says Sheva will be legendary skin. But we don't know for Rebecca or Ada.

That's because SH doesn't have a male survivor. If they bring male legendaries it should just go back to Leon.

For Ada I'd love the trench coat with sunglasses from the remake and the one from re4.
For Wesker I'd like the STARS one and the one from 4.
But I wonder if they'll get the ones from RE4 Remake in the future!

They said during BHVR Beyond "ada is a enigmatic underworld spy etc etc etc" "ada has habilities for impossible situations, so i hope they will make the FBI Outfit from RE2 remake.

That's the only logical reason I can think of of why he hasn't become a skin or a survivor yet, and even then, there are workarounds.

I mean I'm sure there are other reasons. I mean I actually really liked Ethan but the clear reason they wouldn't put him in yet is because they want the better more iconic characters that fans love, even if they aren't represented correctly.

I mean yeah, Ethan is the newest and probably least known RE protagonist, which is why I wasn't really surprised when he didn't become an actual survivor, but I still don't understand why he can't be a skin. Hell, now that I'm thinking about, just why hasn't Behavior made more RE characters skins? There are so many that could work for both roles. It's an untapped goldmine.

I genuinely think it's just the licenses. I do not think they have anything outside of RE2R, RE3R, RE4, and RE5. The newest chapter proves that even more. Rebecca is licensed just how I predicted. She's from RE5's version in Mercenaries because the symbol on her back only appeared in RE5.

That feels very odd though, unless Capcom only has the licenses to some of the games, but as far as I know that's not true?
