She has 2 decent perks.
For perks, yeah.
Her powers are fun but she is not high tier killer.

Dredge would be a better choice. Right now if you want a good killer then no, but devs said they will take a look at her later so probably like all killers she will get buffs and nerfs from time to time, it is what it is.
They did have these offerings where you could try a killer before. They should let people try out new killers for free, that would increase sells for them I guess.

She's fun to play as. Not always the most powerful, although you can compensate somewhat by being creative and unpredictable. Her perks are decent, and she's almost up there with Myers as the jumpscare queen, so I'd say she's worth it.

I love her. All 3 of her perks are fun. She is a blast to play. Totally worth it. Also Ringu is awesome.

she is a very fun killer to play as and against, she has some alright perks, her whole theme is the best in the entire game (IMO) She is def worth it. but if you want a killer with a better power than her then dredge would be better. Since he can do what sadako can do but better minus the base kit mori.

What? First, since when is the recent mid-chapter *far* in the past? And second, they might not buff killer overall since the patch, because they literally just did that, but that doesn't mean they won't buff killers individually.

I'd say watch some youtube vids of her gameplay/mechanics and see if you like the look of it. I think people put too much emphasis on 'winning' and high MMR. Play what you like and have fun with. I think each killer in your roster has an individual MMR anyway? so even if you were to have losing streaks, it won't affect your other killers matchmaking.
I think BHVR should let you trial a killer (against bots, if they ever release them) so you try out the mechanics to see if you like it and want to purchase to rank up & play in public games.
