Just stand in the corner until they do gens and leave, or if you're a fog whisperer, DC! Why even entertain a group of people that are playing solely to make the game as miserable as possible

Correct, they are blocking off the stairs, entirely.
I actually had the SAME kind of build go up against me when I was playing Ghost Face. I 4K'ed their team. The trick is to let them stay on the ground when they run up there, as their auto-kill timer steadily increases. They'll end up panicking and making mistakes because the killer isn't picking them up - usually swarming in to try to revive them...but then you just down even more.

The Unbreakaboon foils that strategy though. They just boon the totem in the office nearby and they'll endlessly pick themselves up in library.

They were doing just that, but I kept just downing them when they'd get up. There's only two ways out of the room. Over time, they'd just keep losing health in the downed state. Then again, they didn't bother trying to crawl out of the room - they were hardcoded in the brain that they must stay in that room if they are downed. XD
