Why is this 100% BP bonus now missing?

I have heard that this system is to be forever and just where there are fewer people in the queue, they give this bonus. Btw on ptb this system works

They turned it off on live because it was accidentally permanently stuck on giving the bonus only for playing survivor, so tons of people were overloading the survivor queue to get the bonus. Fortunately like you said they fixed it on the PTB so when the new chapter goes live the incentives will be back. 🙂
