Is Prestige toxic now ?
Is it just me or do I have the feeling that new killers tend to tunnel the ######### out of prestige survivors for no specific reason ?
Lately I've faced more tunneling, camping, nodding and mori'ing in the last weeks than in my whole playtime.
I've seen killers losing chase against injured survivors and throwing the game just to down me.
It's not a rant but I just wonder if you guys face the same treatment.

That makes no sense. If anything as Killer I would target low prestige levels,as your best course of action is to target the weak link..

I couldn’t imagine changing my playstyle because of someones prestige level.

I don't generally see Prestige as a toxic mechanic because to me it's just how much time that person has invested into that character. The prestige mechanic doesn't equal a player's playstyle at all imo.

I don’t target people based on their outfits.

Anything that isn’t running into a dead zone and going down in 10 secs as survivor or anything other than giving survivors 2+ min chases as killer will be seen as toxic by a certain chunk of the player base

My Ace is P23 soon to be P24. And i'm getting matched with total beginners at red ranks.

How are you already in red ranks? Rank reset was 3 days ago and I've just now gotten back into bronze ranks on both sides.
