I'll do it.

I just need a power and maybe lore.

Might change the power to simplify it.

(like if it has spells that each have their own resource I might make a unified mana pool for them to draw from)

    If you mean design as in draw then I'd appreciate it if you designed a few perks and a power.

    Alright heres a power to make addons for its effectively death slinger in an idea world but cooler,

    Dual hookshot, shoot the environment to retract yourself to where you shot you can cancel the retraction by attacking out of it, you can shoot ledges to pull yourself up them, and you will automatically vault over windows in your path. Hitting a survivor with it allows you to fire again in a chain window to attach them to the environment for 1.5 seconds hindering their movement in all but the attached direction

    range 24 meters, wind up 1 second, wind down 0.5 second, cooldown 5 seconds, winding speed 8m/s, slowdown 50%, chain shot window 2 seconds (on hitting a survivor)

    Question: Is the 'retract yourself to where you shot' supposed to be your main movement or a supplementary movement? (eg Nurse blinks or HillBilly Chainsaw)

    supplementary but since its strong and has both a speed use and a slowdown its a 4.4m/s killer which means you can do addons in that area

    I imagined this killer as being robotic with chains as its arms and claw machine like hands.

    4.4m/s move speed

    Power

    Chained Latch Within 24 meters you can grab any solid surface and pull yourself towards it at 8 m/s. If a window is grabbed it is vaulted 30% faster. This has a wind up time of 1 second and a wind down time of 0.5 seconds. Chained Latch has a cooldown of 15 seconds. This can be canceled by attacking.

    Chained Grasp Hitting a survivor with Chained Latch allows you to fire again in a 2 second window to attach them to the environment for 1.5 seconds, restricting the movement by 50% in all directions but toward the chain.

    Common

    • Dry Oil Chained Latch’s range is increased by 6 meters.
    • Cast Iron Chain Chained Grasp’s attachment is extended by 0.5 seconds. Movement restriction is reduced by 10%.
    • Rusted Spring Movement restriction is increased by 8%.
    • Painted Mark Shows location Chained Latch and Chained Grasp.


    Uncommon

    • Barbed Claw Survivors are blinded and deafened when affected by Chained Grasp.
    • Old Oil Chained Latch’s range is increased by 9 meters.
    • Steel Chain Chained Grasp’s attachment is extended by 1 second. Movement restriction is reduced by 10%.
    • Aluminum Spring Movement restriction is increased by 12%.
    • Heavy Coil Pallets, gens, and breakable walls can be grabbed and will be broken when reached.


    Rare

    • Heavy Claw Survivors are left with a 5% hindered status effect for 1 second after escaping Chained Grasp.
    • Premium Oil Chained Latch’s range is increased by 12 meters.
    • Reinforced Chain Chained Grasp’s attachment is extended by 0.5 seconds.
    • Steel spring Movement restriction is increased by 16%.
    • Heated Coil Immediately refills Chained Latch after vaulting with it.


    Very Rare

    • Tightening Claw Survivors can only look at the location of Chained Grasp.
    • Glass Chain Chained Grasp’s attachment is extended by 1 second.
    • Tightened Coil Pallets can be grabbed and vaulted over with Chained Latch.
    • Stuck Latch Survivors are automatically attached to the killer’s location with Chained Grasp.


    Ultra Rare

    • Simplified Latch Removes Chained Grasp. 4.5 m/s added to Chained Latch wind speed.
    • Duel Chain Retractor Move speed reduced by 0.4 m/s. Removes cooldown of Chained Latch. Cannot cancel Chained Latch retraction.

    LORD OF THE RINGS-CHAPTER CONCEPT (FAITHFUL FAN)


    Killer: The Maia (sauron)

    Height: tall

    Terror Radius: 0-32m

    Speed: 6.0m/s-4.6m/s

    Passive 1: The Maia starts the trial in shadow form in this form he cant injure or interact with generators or pallets. He has no terror radius. He can phase through most obstacles such as pallets. At the beginning of the trial sauron has the corporeal form bar, using his active ability increases the bar and he gains effects and buffs per stack from the bar.

    25%-(shadow form) you can no longer phase through walls and you are able to interact.

    50%-(shadow form) your shadow can damage survivors. You cant hook. 4.6 movement speed. sauron also gains a bonus 5 percent corpreal form progression upon injuring a survivor. 7 percent if a survivor is downed. Lose this buff when he reaches 75% and 100

    75%-(corpreal form) You Gain a corpreal form, 4.6 movement speed, 24 meter terror Radius, Increased m1 lunge, decreased miss cooldown. You can hook survivors. Gain dark magic ability.

    100%-(corpreal form) 32 meter terror Radius... gain the ability master of the ring. All seeing is disabled.

    Gain 50% if he collects the one ring. The ring then respawns with its aura revealed to the survivors.

    If the one ring is gained while at 100 percent you keep it and the cooldown of all his abilitys are reduced by 10 seconds and his terror Radius is reduced by 12 meters. Being stunned by a pallet causes him to lose the ring and lose 25 percent corpreal form.

    Passive 2: The One Ring To Rule Them All

    The Obsession starts the trial with the one ring, that survivor can choose to wear the ring, keep it and place it on the ground if another survivor picks the ring up they become the obsession and gain the effects below the previous survivor loses them. Also once the ring is on the floor its aura is revealed.

    When the maia is within a 6 meter range of the ring wielder their aura is revealed for five seconds. Survivors who wear the ring can see the location of the maia, other survivors and the nazagul. Putting on the ring takes one second, survivors must wear the ring for five seconds before they can take it off and the ring takes 2 seconds to take off. Survivors gain a new bar. The precious bar, the longer the survivor has the ring the more negative effects they gain. Stacks are gained over an amount of time. Five stacks in total. One stack is gained every 20 seconds of having the ring, wearing it will increase the gain by 50 percent, when placing the ring on the floor your stacks and progress remains until a survivor takes the ring.

    1 stack-Skill check success zones are reduced by 20 percent.

    2 stacks-you occasionally giggle with joy.

    3 stacks-you hear the black tongue of SAURON which replaces his terror Radius.

    4 stacks-Increase the range you can be detected by the maia while in shadow form by 6 meters

    5 stacks-The Nazagul can forever see you and will follow you until stacks are lost.

    Passive 3: ring wraith

    A nazagul patrols the map searching for the ring. Those who wear the ring attract it. It cant interact or damage survivors.

    Special Ability one: All seeing

    Hold the active ability button for 1.5 seconds to emerge from the shadows and emit a large eye. While in this form you can gaze upon survivors to build your corpreal form bar. The if it's the ring wielder u gain it at a higher percentage while also increasing the rate that survivor gains the precious bar. Upon reaching 75% corpreal from this ability deactivates.

    Special Ability 2: Dark Magic

    Holding the active ability button to activate dark magic. All other survivors who dont have the ring gain a stack of precious. This ability has a cooldown of 60 seconds. This ability has a range of 32 meters. Doesnt effect the ring wielder.

    Special Ability 3: Master Of The Ring

    Channeling the ability for 2 seconds unleashes your mace which can hit multiple survivors in a single blow. Once used it goes on a 30 second cool down. Range 12 meters. Width 5 metres
