I don't get hit but my teammates get and all tree are down in less than minute what im supposed to do then? One match I did get hit by it when no mither kate got downed in 3s start of match and I tried taking protection hit and last 2 also got downed soon after.

It is match immediatelly were nurse didn't use it we got all gens done and well I died trying to save my teammates but it was actually balanced match even she got 4K. Usually nurses use offering to get on maps were the startruck cowers whole map like midwich and the game.

nurse's recharge does alter her counter-play which is holding-w. it makes missing blinks less punishing and gives survivor less distance between each blink. an easy to understand this is facing nurse in midwich elementary school hallways base-kit nurse vs double recharge nurse. I'll get to range in a moment.

nurse design in such a way where when you miss blink, your power goes on cooldown and since nurse is slower than survivor, you get set amount of x distance against nurse. let's just say its 15 meters. using her travel time, charge time, look angle in which you described to me in another post, you use these methods to determine nurse's blink destination and if you predict blink destination correctly on first blink, you generally have very good odds to dodge 2nd blink because nurse can over-blink or under-blink on first blink making her not have enough range for 2nd blink to hit you. if you face midwich elementary school hallway nurse with no add-ons, you can essentially loop nurse indefinitely as long your good enough to make right blink location predictions. Thanks to circular nature of hallways, you will never get corner by nurse on the map therefore you will always have fixed blink distances.

all that stuff changes with recharge and range. with recharge, since nurse gets her blinks faster, you have less time to shift-w so instead of making 15 meters of fixed distance, it becomes like 10-12 meters of fixed distance. Since survivor is closer to you now, you have to charge your blink for less, your travel time is less since your closer and survivor has lacks wiggle room to predict nurse blink locations. Range does something similar, it makes her travel-time shorter by 50%, so essentially 15 meters become more like 10 meters in term of actual distance which once again takes away wiggle room for survivor to parry blinks.

3 blink is kinda like old legion that took 5 hits to get a down. if survivor predicts first blink location and then parry 2nd blink from not enough distance, the 3rd blink will grant the hit that you otherwise wouldn't get. its that using 3 blinks on every chase is not time efficient for nurse. it takes too long for blinks to recharge meaning that its very easy for survivor to push gens and win from their extreme time efficiency on gens even if nurse gets guaranteed downs. I would describe 3 blink nurse similar to old dead hard, its basically 2nd chance to rectify misplay for nurse at the expense of having time-inefficient downs. i would say 3 blink add-on alone is weak/ineffective, but 3 blink with recharge makes it a lot stronger.

It is preferable to not run addons on Nurse to begin with

Basekit Nurse is unfun, old basekit Nurse was fun. If you are playing basekit Nurse your biggest weakness will be the w key or forward key for us console players. You literally cannot go for more of the risky reads because if they just run they will make so much distance its not worth going for them unless they make a big mistake. Sure you can always go for the long distance blinks, but its just boring because you will most often, be left in the dark about whether or not the survivor is going to keep on running or backtrack while you are blinking and gain enough distance to avoid the second blink, unless the survivor is like ah lets only run forwards so you can manage to read where they are running to perfectly and blink on top of them.

Recharge is not overpowered it just makes Nurse more fun to play besides using range to completely get rid of the threat of a survivor just running and not trying to play the old guess which way im going game to just make large amounts of distance when you think they are just going to be behind this building once you lose line of sight. You hardly see basekit Nurses anymore prior to the rework because basekit Nurse is just bad unless you are someone who puts daily amount of time into Nurse or just enough hours into Nurse that you can perfectly gauge what the survivor is doing every time to makeup for the lack of recharge addons. I have played a lot of Nurse, but even now I won't always make perfect reads so thus basekit Nurse is unfun and just making the game harder on yourself maybe its different for pc players, but its just not fun being basekit nurse anymore.
