Do people not like playing VS sadako?
Ive only played 5 matches with her with the wonderfull build of mad grit and agitation cause I dont have the 3rd and 4th perk slots quite yet. But Ive had either a DC or a suicide in 4 of those matches. I thought sadako was a fairly well liked character. Am I just getting unlucky with the lobbies or do people hate going against her for some reason.

Lots of people DCing or suiciding on hook even when things are going well (or at least not badly) for them, against all killers. It's all the rage these days.

Yeah I know but these Sadako games are feeling extreme. One match I loaded in and they just started locker spamming as soon as they saw the condemned icon around their character.

People rage quitting has been an issue for a while. It just got much worse with 6.1 with many survivors treating it as the end of the world.
It really doesn't mean anything. People find whatever reason to validate why they are in the right they rage quit even if there's really no defending it.

Thing is these dont feel like rage quits. Its not like when someone goes down. One match it was instant 2 of them it was before I even got my 2nd hook and it wasnt even the person on the hook DCing, the last one they were hooked in the basement with another guy early enough into the match so maybe that one was more ragey but the rest just felt outta the blue.

The immediate one was a locker spam so maybe I just found the worlds bigger sadako hater in my first few games. And yeah I was actually wondering if thyue were accidents

I don't think it has anything to do with Sadako specifically.
There are people who just hate this game in general but for some reason still play it.
They DC at the drop of a hat because they have such a narrow view of how things should play out, the second something happens they don't like its quit and take their ball home "I hate this game."
I'll never understand it.

I dont DC against sadako, but I hate versing her, just give my my damn 5k escape points and get the hastle over with, but its refreshing to have some guranteed wins once in a while so in that aspect I give props to people who play her.

I don't like invisibility. It's just dumb mechanics in pvp games. Imagine outrage if survivors had invisibility perk or mechanics

Oreo can be annoying though. Constantly slugging to cheese her 0 hook moris, spamming her teleport to slow the game to a crawl, etc. She's not very strong but she can be annoying lol.

I think it's a much more pervasive issue -- it's definitely not specific to Onryo. Players are DCing or giving up on first hook in many of my games for absolutely no reason. The matchmaking is a mess and the playerbase is a mess. It's a dang shame.

Well, dunno if they're ALL related, but some might now want to deal with Onryos abusing a current bug for her.

she's only invisible when she's far, by the time you would be even potentially in danger you both see her flickering and hear a not-subtle-at-all sound in the environment.

Everyone is DCing I can confirm that. It's baffling because even after 1 gen, sometimes even 2 gens pop before the first down, some survs still suicide immediately on hook. Crazy. You'd think it'd stop but I guess its some form of protest or something. Protesting what, I have no idea. Solo queue is actually pretty playable if all four survivors actually try to win.

Survivors can stealth pretty hard, too. Iron Will, Lucky Break, Shadowstep, even just equipping certain cosmetics and crouching in bushes can make them all but disappear. Should we ban all of these things, too? Survivors don't even get an annoyingly obvious lullaby when the killer is near them (unless the killer brought Whispers).

Sadako is awesome. But some people love checking out streamers and youtubers making some whatever tier lists, based on THEIR opinions, without having their own opinion about a killer after actually trying it out and getting good at it.

I find Sadako one of the more fun killers to face and play as. Idk why anyone would dc against her.
