Omg hiii I love your pfp ❤️
Here’s some general phasing tips for beginners:
- Use short bursts at generic loops. Don’t try to mindgame yourself so much when you don’t need to.
- When you’re in the open and hear a survivor right on top of you, don’t try looking for them in phase. Just unphase and see where they’re at so you don’t get disoriented and you don’t use more of your power gauge.
- Use full duration for mobility only when you know your power will regenerate by the time you get to where you need to go. For example, let’s say you need to get to the opposite side of Family Residence to stop a gen. Use your full duration as you’ll make it half way across the map and by the time you get to where you need to go, you’re power will recharge.
- Use the directional audio to bait the survivors to drop a pallet, go one way and then you go back the other, or make them vault back a window they just fast vaulted through.
Also don’t use MDR + DCB when learning her. It will hurt in the long run as you won’t be able to play without them because they start to teach you bad habits that are hard to grow out of.
I recommend recharge add ons for beginners, as you’ll get more practice with your power.
I hope you enjoy your Spirit matches and good luck with her ☺️

Get a better headset. That should help. For real. This is not even a joke.

Some small tips I've run into, but I'm definitely not good at Spirit and still learning.
- If you have heard a survivor and stop hearing them, they've likely stopped running. Generally stop phasing if you're in the middle of nowhere and they won't get anywhere useful in time.
- This is the same with scratch marks.
- If you're chasing a survivor and you hear them on top of you, I've noticed it's hard to tell if they're in front of you or behind you. You can turn 90 degrees instead of forwards and backwards to identify the direction instead which I think is easier. Left/right is easier to identify than front/behind in my experience.
- Keep an eye out for movement of grass or other things in the environment. These are valuable because they give you an exact location rather than a general location.
- Short bursts as mentioned above are very effective and are generally better especially when learning her.
- It's also sometimes ok to just stand there for a second in the middle of a phase if you think you can pinpoint where they are. They hear a general direction, but they don't know exactly where you are. I've sometimes found it helpful to just stand in one place for a half a second so I can get the correct direction.

A good tip is to do things quick, even tho they can hear you, you can be so fast it doesn't matter, mind you im talking about default spirit, so this translates to short burst, probably one of the best antiloop in the game, try to basically phase in move a little to one side then the other, phase out and 8/10 the survivor is gonna be outpositioned and you will get a hit.
If this doesn't work,I am guaranteed to use an iri coin on random meg #3.
