Seemingly missing dlc

I haven't played in awhile and when I came back I find that a bunch of characters are missing like the ones for the Stranger things (despite me still having the demogorgon I don't have the survivors which i did have awhile back) and also ashley williams. Like wth happened?

    ST has been removed because licensing stuff

    Already bought the stranger things dlc before they removed it so should still have steve and I think one other character. I still have the demogorgon.

    If a game restart doesn't fix it then submit a ticket to Support and hope
