Buried in the bug fixes
Fixed an issue that caused the Mastermind’s Bound Vault not to trigger on pallets currently being reset through the Any Means Necessary perk.

just out of morbid curiosity....were people running this perk specifically to counter Wesker by any means necessary, or was this some happy accident?

Yes, on the PTB some people were actually running that perk specifically because it hard countered Wesker’s Bound.
