Survivor perks
Why are survivor perks so OP, to the point where there is no counterplay? With the new chapter, you hook someone they pause the timer as soon as the hooked icon appears. No LOS needed for it. Someone took a hit, LOL I'm healing. I'm the last one alive, now the killer can't see me no matter what. Faster gen speed, totem cleansing, healing, etc. This is the best update ever... Hopefully people don't mean this when they say it

If it is a "skill issue" then why is it every build I see? Be that on twitch streamers that play this game for a living or casually playing. There is no counterplay to it. Please come back with a valid point

In this case it's really skill issue, go after the person using it, they need to be in at least 6 meters of the hook

However they are counterable, the new survivor perks are not

They don't have to be LOS they can be above/below the person, no real skill there. And you can't go after them until AFTER the perk is used

If you leave the hook... reassurance doesn't do anything. If you see reassurance being applied right away, you know a survivor was within 6 meters of the hook. The only time reassurance got a lot of value in one of my games is when a teammate used it in endgame so my team could reset.

Survivor perks OP.
90% of survivor perks are so bad that they nerfed Deadhard and Self Care and people still bring those over any other perk, reworked and not. That's how OP survivor perks are.

Okay. You're still complaining about one perk that doesn't do anything for whoever you're chasing, and cannot actually heal another survivor either. It just subtracts from the time required to get them healed but it will never restore a health state, and it requires another survivor to lose theirs, meaning you are still benefitting, just not as much.
And the other one... It's literally the last person standing. You've won by this point. Why are you salty over a perk that only activates when you've already pretty much irrevokably won?

Reassurance literally guarantees that 2 survivors are off of gens if they want value from it
So yeah, I'm gonna go with skill issue, the survivor is literally handing themselves to you on a silver plater

HOw are the new Perks OP?
They nerfed reassurance so it can only be used once per hook instance (each time the player is hooked. not hook state)
They nerfed better than new by removing the gen repair buff it gives
Wiretaps range cannot be extended with open-handed and can be removed by kicking a generator

Keep in mind that ds is trash rn ,iron will trash and some more ,about that perk that pause hook ,just dont camp like a noob at 5 gens ,also a surv who is on hook even if paused that surv cannot do gens ,clens ,heal or whatever.

Wiretap: countered by kicking the gen or using gen damaging perks like eruption and scourge hook pain res
Reactive healing: countered by downing the survivor or bringing nurses calling to see them heal for the rest of their healing
Low profile: anything aura based or killer instinct will find the survivor using it it only hide scratch marks blood and grunt
Better than new: nurses calling counters it pretty good and anything that can get a down quickly will make it harder for them to heal
Reassurance: any perk or ability that sees aura or killer instinct makes it pretty easy to find the person using this perk
Hyperfocus: mostly PC players can get constant greats and there are perks to make skill checks much harder

Are you serious? Of the 6 new perk the only one i can think of being good is Reassurance, that works specifically for camping and it has been already nerfed.
Ada's reactive healing never fully heals you, so it is more of a slight advantage, plus you need to be close to other survs getting hit.
The other one that needs your entire team to die to proc is awful, very awful.
And wire tap is fun but not strong at all, and you cant pair it with open handed.
Hyperfocus can be good if you pair it with stake out and a good toolbox, but still you need to farm Stake tokens and be good at hitting perfect skill checks as one mistake or 1second out of the gen you lose all stacks.
And the other rebecca healing perk is average at best
