The amount of utility an added 20% of extra distance on your first bound gives you outclasses literally every other one of his add ons, maybe excluding his iris.
Trust me, this add on has singlehandedly gave me a lot of hits even against good players.
Run this with tendril or crank and he feels actually good to play (aside from the terrible hit detection).

The other thing is reducing the second bound helps a lot, because when you do go through a survivor you lose less distance.

True, its essential addon for me. It actually makes his power useful at some loops.
