Found a really decent wesker counter
When he is about to dash try to be in a open area as possible and allow him to catch you on the first dash.
It will make it to throw you to the floor and u will be able to run away making him losing time.

There is pretty good counter to him allready.
It's called "Step aside" for a bit. It works almost everytime.

The real HARD counter to wesker is called the "rock infinite" where you run around a small obstacle in a circle so he physically cannot use his power

I mean he can just M1 you then. It's not like he MUST use his power everywhere all the time.
