Decisive Strike and Wiggle not working after Wesker grab

After being hit once with Off the Record, no infection after first hook, Getting tentacle slammed into a wall my decisive strike got cancelled when he did the auto pick up so it didn't even bring up the skill check then after because of that it never brought up the wiggle skill check bar or skill check itself and so i just had to sit there.

Step 1 : Load up with DS and OtR against Wesker

Step 2 : Get hooked

Step 3 : Cleanse infection

Step 4 : Get grabbed while injured by Virulent Bound and slammed against a wall

    Had the same no DS/no wiggle situation myself. No Endurance hits were involved (unhook endurance expired without being hit) Perks were Borrowed Time, Lithe, and We'll Make It (plus DS) so shouldn't be any other interactions from those.
