Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Linux support?

A dev can correct me if I'm wrong, but the .so file is already in the EAC folder, so Proton support would just need to be enabled on BHVR's end at this point. EAC/Linux compatibility has been possible for a while now. Is there a particular reason for the hesitancy on BHVR's end? It's my understanding that it's a pretty quick and simple process to enable it on the EAC developer page. I would really like to be able to get rid of Windows, as well as play DbD on a Steam Deck.

My guess is that, either the game has problems with proton/linux or they just don't care.
