Premade never triggered Brine 1 time
Just had a about 10-12 minute game where the enemy team never triggered Brine playing slowdown Legion (yes I know I'm a horrible person) for the entire duration of the game (but they did trigger overcharge a couple of times).
Is this a hack or they the gods of DBD? I figured if they were a DBD god they'd hit the overcharge more often than the Brine charges (and yes they finished all 5 gens).

Never failing to hit a Great seems implausible, but it is possible- skill checks aren't really that hard for people with a lot of practice or who are naturally gifted at timing-based stuff.
Overcharge hits that kind of player more than you'd think, too. Especially when it takes them off guard.

I do not think they were hacking but probably just really goated. Overcharge is common to miss beleive it or not <Stutters\frame drops and lag>.

If someone never used to run DS then Overcharge was a difficult check because it was one you never see regularly. Let's be honest too in that literally nobody ran Overcharge except before Doc's rework when he could forever stall the game.

For sure. Not to mention it procs the second you get on a gen, when people really might not be expecting it.

I mean, with oldold ruin you needed to hit greats to not regress the gen, so more people were better at them from the perk's popularity. It was changed away from that specifically to make survivors not feel forced to get them every single time. They even nerfed the progress gained by greats and gave it a bigger point bonus instead. But like you said, people really just have less reason to need to outside of reacting to stuff like overcharge catching them guard.
