Question about Scourge hooks

What happens if I use lets say Pain Resonance and Monstrous Shrine in one match? Will the hooks both damage generators and make the hook timer go faster?

Yes, that part of them functions like boons. All your related perks get loaded onto all the scourge hooks. If you took 4 scourge perks and hooked a survivor all 4 would fire off
