Should Resurgence be looked at?
Since the Hemorrhage Status Effect has gotten stronger a while ago, many healing perks that can heal a certain percent got indirectly nerfed. Is Resurgence in a solid state or should it be buffed/reworked?

It needs both a buff and a nerf.
Increase its range and duration but make it so it deactivates during a chase and it's impossible to activate through floors

But I agree, a range increase for Reassurance and requiring being on the same floor seems reasonable.

Considering it's useless against the new Hemorrhage effect, it needs some sort of buff.

I think a good buff to it would be to 100 % negate Hemorrhage effect not only for the unhook heal but all the time

I wanted to use this perk, but hemorage just kills any viability for it.
