I don't know if this is intended or not intended, but I've started to notice this the more I play
If you blind the legion, his power gauge goes to zero. I don't know if the same thing happens while IN frenzy - but I know for 100% fact if you blind him outside of frenzy, his power gauge goes all the way to zero. Is this intended? Because I personally think it's a bit goofy

Just did KYF and confirmed it drains your power even in frenzy, but it doesn't stun you
So in summary if you flashlight legion outside of frenzy, it drains his power - but in frenzy it drains it and takes you out... but doesn't stun you
