in the nemesis intro, he throws Meg against the car, and Leon goes and checks her pulse and shakes his head BUT in the wesker intro, you'd kind of assume it picks off where it left, Meg is injured and being carried into rpd, so these animators or these writers better tell me right now what plot twist happened, Meg is totally about to become a tyrant

I'm gonna assume the trailer is a more canon look at the trials of the entity.
so that meg probs DID die but the second trailer is a new trial.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were more than 4 survivors in a canon trial, (meg, chris, claire, jill and leon in the first trailer 5 in total)

nah it was a hint at the new 2v8 mode. there was a secret dwight rushing gens (he was the 8th survivor), while nemo and whisker were getting the pressure up. now how did meg live? it was a hint at a new survivor perk where you just revive dead teammates. this is 100% canon i spoke to dr bhvr himself and he told me everything

How do you explain survivors being sacrificed and still being alive?
The entity keeps them in a cycle of life and death across the trials to feed off them. The trailers just show that.

But use your own imagination because canon and story cohesion aren’t really part of what the intro is trying to do.
