I’ve noticed in the games I’ve used it that I’m getting 0 value. Like it’s not working at all. Must be a bug? People are getting hit near me and it’s not adding any healing progression at all. This is on PS5 not sure if any other people have tried it?

    It is healing you for 50% of missing progress, not total. So this perk will never full heal you. Maybe that confused you.

    I had the same thing happen. It's not an issue of missing vs total progress. It does literally nothing.

    This perk needs buffed or reworked badly, the perk in its current state will never make my builds. #useless
