Super fast skill checks
have any of you run into an instance where you're trying to heal and the skill check is really damn fast? Only see it when im healing from time to time.

Chlorophobia perk when in killer terror radius makes skill checks faster for healing comes from the clown

Ok i did notice it with chlorophobia, but I thought all it did was slow down healing. But those skill checks are damn near impossible to hit.

It used to but got changed in the 6.1.0 update to also affect skill-checks

Damn, if that's the case, I'd like to see the devs hit one of those skill checks. Reminds me of old school doctor skill checks, but on hyper drive.

*Coulrophobia
IDK, seems to be a popular Whiskers build atm; Coulro, sloppy, distressing & unnerving = more, faster skill checks with small success zones while healing slower. But. You get used to it after a while.

ive seen it on wesker and doctor so far. both times, i had less than 1/2 a second to react

Yeah it just means they want you to rush gens faster.

I like Coulro, Sloppy, Septic and A Nurse's Calling as an alternative to that.

Yeah and I have killers crying about the Hyper Focus + Stakeout synergy.
I cannot even react to the speed these checks come at - so I just rush gens faster.

I thought that was the point of the build? Deter healing so you can catch them out and just m1. Take advantage of his terror radius the size of my ego.

I'll take advantage of that terror radius with a Hyper Focus + Stakeout combo instead of healing.

Ya i'll tell you what: With that terror radius and that perk with the speed. No one will be healing. There's gonna be a lot of missed skill checks with it being "beam me up scotty" fast.

Bite the Bullet is good for Coulrophobia. It doesn't give a loud noise notification when you miss a check and you only lose 1% progress. I'm seeing Coulrophobia alot more with Wesker

Ill give it a try, but im starting to see a lot less of him now that survivors realize that they can loop him pretty well.
