BHVR made it easier for cheaters?
I just played against a cheater that I could only report in game. I have evidence for my report but because they are playing with the new privacy setting I can't open their profile or see their name. Their name was the name of a survivor with 02 behind it but how am I supposed to report that?! Please do something BHVR.

I can't open their profile, so how do I report without their name or steamID? I could only report them in game.

Just report them in game, and then submit the ticket with video evidence. Support will be able to find the profile using the in-game report and ban them.

So, I make a ticket and I won't need their name or any form of information? How does that work?

They've already done. Report them in-game and fill the ticket with evidences (you don't have to fill fields for their name/link now). BHVR have all other information.

The in-game report you make flags the match, they can view who was connected to it through their backend.

that'd be great if behaviors report ticket system actually worked at all.
Its appalling that company like behavior racks in tons of money from a game like DBD yet can't take the time to implement a simple game replay feature to save literally every survivor the hassle of having to record the game with third-party software. Anti-cheat is a joke and even with video evidence, the likeliness of your report being viewed is extremely low due to the massive number of them that come in every second from malding survivor mains that think tunneling is bannable.
