The problem is that the perk should be written there. But instead of the name of the perk, it says 1

A mate could 99 heal us and then we use self care to finish our heal, easy right :')

Sadly German isn't much help either. Was hoping that other languages may not have had the issue and it was just a mis-type

You could still use a medkit to heal yourself and it'd count, if it is Self-Care.
You're still perkless, but you don't have to waste that much time on the one heal you have to do.

not even Japanese is correct (which is mad, Asian languages are usually the same level or better than English in terms of translations)- it just says to use a single perk, no other perks, fully heal yourself, and escape. thanks for clearing it up.
