The Woman Cenobite.
Can we not have her as a skin? she was very iconic and side to Pinhead.

It would be awesome, no argument. I think the issue with her skin is she has a very different height compared to the other two in game. It wouldn’t look right without changing the camera position. Ends up being a coding nightmare but maybe they’ll prove me wrong.

I think it would work with Angelique. She was taller ( I think? Been awhile). At least they could get away with making her taller. That way they wouldn't have to fuss with the camera angles.

The new Hellraiser has a female Pinhead - certainly (if the licenser allows it) that could be a stronger possibility for a Cenobite skin. And as survivors already have the Cheryl/James genderswap option and Legion has the option of playing as a male or female killer, then Pinhead could also benefit from this.

Yes there is a possible female new pinhead but again going by the books, you don't know cos they have no gender, it isn't about gender swap just she wa siconoc in the films and books to have;

Still waiting for Butterball & Female Cenobite Legendary skin to come into the game so that the OG Cenobite gang can finally be complete, they've been at the top of my most wanted list of legendary skins for any killers and i would buy both in a heartbeat.

Don't think they're making more skins for pinhead cause of the NFT fiasco and the rights going back to Clive Barker.
Not a huge loss not seeing more pinheads tho.

The female cenobite from the first 2 was my favorite one (although the actress in 2 was different, same character though) . I even made up a Halloween costume one year with a neck appliance as a male version of her. I had symmetrical lip piercings so I attached the wires there, lol.

I believe in the new Hellraiser reboot Pinhead is going to be a woman so maybe we'll get that as a skin
Edit: but yes I would love to get deep throat as a skin too. She's badass

I don't know if they would add her in. I have a friend actually who one of there teachers was actually the actress of the deep throat cenobite and she said to them she wanted nothing to do with cenobite as she kept getting weird harassments from hellraiser fans so I don't know if she would approve of BHVR having herself in the game from what she was involved with in the past.

This new female Pinhead is deemed to be female in the new iteration being shown soon, as she comes from a female human who transforms. I suppose this is just how the licensing works.
The other female cenobite is genderless, as you say. My comment simply is about using a model of one sex to be converted to another for a skin. But either would be good skins, as well as perhaps Butterball.

This is most likely a licensing issue. The property changed hands many times and kinda got piecemealed throughout the years. Depending on the deal BHVR cut, it is quite possible they dont have access to many of the characters. The Hellraiser series is a bit of a spaghetti nightmare on the legal side of things. They could also be respecting the wishes of any actor/actress that may not want to be involved, so i wouldnt rule that out either.
