I tried to complete this Archive with Inner healing. I met the reqiurements but it didn't complete. Does Inner healing not count as "healing yourself"? Is this intended?

  Can't say it for sure, but it's not the process of healing. And its more like an effect if you think about it. I actually think it is intended.
