BHVR didn't want people posting their prime rift cosmetic codes, the one this past month was just Plague's rift skin, not even recolored. So if you already had it, it was a waste, so a lot of players were just giving theirs away. Probably looked bad on BHVR since it was clearly laziness on their part and cost them money from people not getting Amazon Prime so they told people to stop.
