Hoarder is actually a decent information perk on Wesker and Nemesis
I put on this perk for a meme build and was surprised when I actually got consistent value out of it. I didn't expect it to work with the supply cases their powers spawn, but it does, and that's in addition to survivors having to drop their items to pick up the cures and then pick up the first item again. In every game I've played with Hoarder, I've found at least one survivor in the beginning, and then more throughout the match as people healed up or prepped. There was even a game where I found a hiding survivor in a last-two situation because they tried to look for a medkit, and another where I caught a basement chest hunter in a locker.
It's good on Wesker in particular because there's more chests and the spray takes much longer to use than the vaccine. So if a survivor's at the edge of Hoarder's radius when they start to open the chest, you can usually interrupt them before they finish spraying. Nemesis can't interrupt unless the survivor is extremely ballsy, but you can get close enough to use the killer instinct when the survivor vaccinates, when normally their KI tends to be pretty hit-or-miss with its relevance. It combos nicely with Nemesis's addon that makes people Exposed after using the vaccine, and Wesker's one that causes Oblivious.
And the best part is that nobody ever clocks on to how you're finding them, because who would ever run Hoarder?
Dunno, thought I'd share a weird fun synergy I found.

And now they know.....

It’s not a secret lol. There’s only 3 Killers with items to pick up. Of course Hoarder is good on all of them.

All the more reason that Distortion needs a major buff.

The best user is still Pinhead.
But Its okay perk for these two too, but for Wesker Its better since there are 6 boxes and not 4.

I never pay much attention to those sound notifications because I'm too busy chasing, except for when I'm playing Pinhead, which is really the only killer you should be using Hoarder on.

What?!
Also, Distortion wouldn't do anything against Hoarder, because it gives a notification, not an aura read on the survivor.

Nemesis is an interesting one because the wiki lists hoarder as a perk that will alert zombies just like discordance does although I really wish there was a good way to test it.

Wesker could get some decent value from it since there's 6 boxes and sprays have 2 charges so a lot of chances to catch someone with it. Plus spraying takes a lot longer than vaccines to complete.
Nemesis only have 4 boxes of single use vaccines. Vaccinating takes basically no time at all. So it'd be hard to really get much value from it outside of doing a build with the iri addon that exposes survivors for vaccinating.

Oh man I never even thought about Wesker. Going to have to try a new meme build soon.

Wait really? I tried playing weaker with hoarder and it never activated, even though the survivors were using sprays. I thought it didn't work on his sprays and chests.
Still won because it's wesker but I figured they'd actually thought ahead and negated one overpowered build.

I dont believe interacting with the actual supply case gives a notification, but once the case is open and the item is there, interacting with the item will cause the notification.

the hell does distortion have to do with hoarder

That's odd. I was doing most of my testing with Nemesis and I'm certain interacting with his supply cases causes Hoarder to go off as well as picking up the vaccine.
It would be strange if it functioned that way for Nemesis but not Wesker.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty certain that the "Supply cases" don't count as "Chests".
Honestly I hope I'm wrong because it would be way cooler if it did work on the supply cases also, but I'm afraid it probably doesnt.
