I'm having 15 minute queues just to go against a 4 MAN SWF that gets stomped, gives up, and then harasses me and says I have wallhacks in the endgame chat...

Genuinely, my queues are at like 12 minutes now dude. Not even trolling, they have been going higher and higher the more SWF I beat, its legit scary. I think if you get past a certain point you get past the soft cap.

Have you considered the reason you have 15 minute queues is because you're capable of stomping a 4-man SWF? You basically just admitted that there's such a horrible imbalance that you win against the supposed Seal Team 6 of DbD survivor squads with ease. Yet, you wonder why your queues are so long because no one wants to play against you? Sounds like you need some nerfs or survivors need buffs to make things more even then so it's not like you're just out mowing the lawn when you play.

I'm a advocate for nerfing nurse, I only use one slowdown perk, and thats jolt. I run 0 slowdown, I use
Fearmonger, Plaything, Jolt, Discordance

Perhaps you’re just one of the few who are really really good at this game and you hit the ceiling with what can be done with Nurse.
Rather than call for nerfs, maybe you should stop playing with her and switch to a different killer that will give you a challenge.

first person to say that somehow like I'm being genuinely serious about this entire thing, I mean 10 minute queues suck but I mean thats my MMR, unlucky

There's no shame in taking a break if this is honestly happening to you. If you aren't lying about any of the details than you would likely be at the mmr cap and there's likely not many (if any) survivors at the mmr cap to match with so you are waiting until the game finally gives you an opponent, because it can't find anyone near your skill level.

Not lying, I don't mind the queues, but I mind the closet hackers, I would like to see how far I could push my queues though!
