In the last 25 games straight my hex was put out in the open where they literally couldnt miss it. Are they ever gonna make it fair

There is zero reason to use a hex.
Boons are infinitely better in every way while hexes have gotten weaker and weaker as time goes on. They're dead perks. Just don't use them ever.

Hexes died with boons, totems belong to survivors now.

The only thing that makes the killer actually feel strong is devour hope its the only thing that can make a team with coms sweat

Arguments can be made for Haunted Grounds or Undying in combination with whatever but imo the only hexes worth running are Plaything and Pentimento. Losing a perk before you even set eyes on a survivor or make your way halfway across the map isn't fun.

Or you could just play Myers and get that feeling without the random chance the hexes spawn directly on top of the survivor spawn points.
To be fair, ALL killers should have addons that provide such magnificent power spikes like Myers' stuff. The fact that so many rare and iridescent addons are total jokes is a complete failure of the game design.

The last hex imo that is worth it is Devour hope. Yes it can still get cleansed early but sometimes you can just snowball an entire game.

Either hexes should be relightable or boons should be breakable. There's no reason why survivors get unlimited use and killers don't.
I shouldn't have to waste a perk slot for Shattered Hope either...

The only use Hexes have atm are to force survivors to look for them and not do gens. In which case...it is just better to bring actual gen defense.
