In terms of cheating, why you just can't log everything that is happening in the game?

- Players flying - if someone is changing his position up while falling down animation - ban.

- Players have more than 4 perks - ban

- Killers have survivor perks / survivors have killer perks - ban

- Players use medkit addons on flashlight / stack addons - ban

- Players instantly lose exhaustion - ban

Why does long head-on stun even exist? Does individual player send the duration stun to server?

    Because for every cheater who is flying due to his cheats, there are also 10 players who are flying because they have accidentally run into a game bug, so your solution will lead to innocent people getting banned.

    Most of your cases were likely possible at some point in the past due to bugs.

    Just type "Flying bug DBD" on Youtube there are like 100+ results.
