But it really feels like Dead Hard just straight up doesnt work sometimes. I could be wrong, Im willing to admit that Im wrong, but this just feels awful to use sometimes because of it.

It looks like the endurance effect is slightly delayed.

Even if, it's kind of dumb, the Endurance should last from the start of the animation until the end of the animation.

0.5 second is already so short, players really don't need an additionnal delay on top of it...

This has happened to me ever since I started using it.

Tbh that looks like it could be down to a matter of ping due to it starting like right as you take the hit.

The last 4 times I have pressed dead hard, it just hasn't gone off. You almost have to press it before they even swing.

Yeah this infuriates me. I always react when I should be but it seems you need to do it early which my brain won't accept.
And then I go down doing plays I wouldn't if I didn't had dh. It seems counterproductive.
It is 50/50 for me atm but I will keep practising.

.5 second is easy to get screwed up by lag. It's just very unreliable (for legit human players). If the killer is running 300ms lag, that's over half your dead hard window gone.
