Yes reporting is still the same, but why is it on the players responsibility to provide the video evidence. Most players do not record their games when they play. So why is it our responsibility to record and provide the proof of cheaters and not BHVR or EAC?

Well, sadly the game doesn't have a replay system at the moment, even if we would like to have a feature like that in place.
And to be clear, you don't have to record your games, if you are on console there are built-in systems to clip your game and on PC if you have an NVIDIA card you can just set up the instant replay feature and save clips of a couple of minutes by just pressing a button.
