Dbd losing a health state perk problem

I know some work with basic attacks but i need perks that pop like gearhead and hysteria, with something like a plague.

Was gonna pair with oppression and trail of torment.. What you think?

  I recommend stuff like gift of pain, thanatophobia, for plague. or if you want to add a gen kicking perk with oppression, call of brine for more regression
