Why Do I See Random Survivor Auras
I am not using any aura reading perk or addon as killer, yet sometimes I see survivor's auras randomly. Is Mettle of Man broke?
"The next time you heal back to full health, your Aura will be revealed to the Killer when you are farther than 12/14/16 metres from the Killer."

It’s gotta be object of obsession. Or mettle of man, I believe that has an aura aspect to it.

If you can look at the video I posted, it would be appreciated. I dont think mettle of man works that way.

Ah sorry, I missed that you were the killer. Looking at the clip, I'm pretty sure it's object of obsession. The aura seemed to be periodic and he was the obsession.

Pretty sure it is Object of Obsession.
-The Dwight is the obsession
-and at the beginning the Aura lasted 3 seconds.
And while we didn't see exactly when the aura started showing the second time, it does correspond with the 30 second cooldown well enough

I want to say its broken, if not being abused or disguised as an exploit hack for covering up a hidden object perk.

If Mettle of Man gets activated (in the sense you ignore a hit) and they dont go down, you will always see their aura when theyre further than 16 meters

Yeah aura reads are pretty much 30 seconds apart - which would point to Object of Obsession
but from your screenshot, guess it was MoM he was just getting out of that 16m range to you and he stays visible.

I just dont understand why I kept getting aura reading when they were inquired. I thought it only activated after fully healed. I got both readings from being healthy and injured. Am I missing something?
