It is legit now just unbreakable but in a smaller radius and has to be Boones first...
The same effect as unbreakable but in a radius. What were you thinking

Sure it has the same effect but it has a faster recovery speed.

Nevermind I just looked at the Developer update.

NOPE with the new update they buffed unbreakable to have the SAME EXACT recovery speed.
So no it's not a faster recovery speed

Yeah than they need to buff/rework the perk than. That's just rough.

Well, Unbreakable works on yourself, Exponential works on others, so maybe that's the angle they are going for.
