And these coming changes once again make me horrified at how poorly BHVR understand their own game and how little they play it.
Because I will never believe that idea of infinite unbreakable can pop into the head of someone who has spent more than 100 hours in the game. By the way, there is a perk in the game that gives such an advantage. But it requires one stage of health in return. I can't believe this is real lol

They changed the meta and now they gave the meta perks to the basekit. Sometimes i think de Devs are lost and they dont know what do. Im afraid. in the meantime, a lot of people report hackers, want crossprogression, want maps, solo improvements, optimizations, 60fps to old consoles, quality of life and they prefer change mori system, noone care about mori.

The perk that gives "such an advantage" is also literally the worst survivor perk in the game, and probably also the worst overall.
and you can get up twice as quickly as the new feature when using it lol

Seriously. There's so many major problems involved in the package they're handing us. In some ways they're trying to fight fire with explosives, and in other ways, it makes the game worse for no reason at all. Infinite unbreakable save SWFs, killers pushed to tunnel and then slug for an early 4k with the new finisher system, the systematic murder of Rancor, Devour Hope, and what's left of mori offerings - and for what? A basekit cypress mori? How revolutionary.
I would genuinely rather scrap this entire update than play with any of it. Every single part of what's on offer sounds horrible.

Why not just put ebany mori as base kit? just it, and everyone would be happy. No, they prefer change a lot of things and gave another meta perk to basekit and nerfed others to the ground, again, sometimes i think they be lost.

Just more proof that the devs are survivor biased and that they don't even play their own game. If in the off chance they do, which I hightly doubt, they either don't play at high MMR or don't play killer at all.

They are entity biased, not survivor or killer.
The changes usually misses point or horribly balanced.

Until 3 months ago, we were crying out to changes, because this game was boring, so many second chances, every match was the same thing for years, July changed that, so, now, those perk still here, on basekit. Its really insane.

At least that's consistent. The entity also enjoys seeing its killers suffer almost as much as it does seeing survivors suffer. Especially if you're new to the game.

I hope you are joking. They had to do something, at least a little, to help as survivors were leaving in masses. It would have been good if they rolled back some of the killer buffs but at least base-kit unbreakable is something. Slugging was too strong and boring. Killers are still grossly overpowered even with these very small changes.

You should know that Sluzzy will never think the game is balanced until Survivors have five health states, 120% movement speed and have the ability to kill the killer.

I don't think survivors were leaving in droves. The killer queue time went up, sure, but a brand new killer who is from an incredibly popular franchise just came out. Also steamcharts shows an increase in players, so I'm wondering where this idea that all the survivors are leaving is coming from.

There is not very much hope in matches any more. Killers have been buffed to where most survivors have no chance at all to win. Solo is unplayable. They are small in that they address only the slugging part, but for the most part survivors will still be losing.

It's never enough until the killers are literally caged so the survivors get to tease them and work on gens without any threat.

Survivors are only losing in low MMR. If you are up against a good team of high MMR survivors or even just a SWF that is coordinated you will see that survivors don't actually have it that bad, its purely low MMR that brings the kill rate up so high.

I don’t know. If I wasn’t having fun playing a game I’d find something else to replace it with. Not come to the forums and whine for years on end.
Sometimes I think they’re just having fun trolling but I honestly can’t tell anymore. I do wish they would post actual footage of their matches but whenever it’s requested all we get is silence or deflection.

I find it so odd they feel the need to make changes this big this many years in? Like some things they just need to leave ALONE. Maybe these changes are actually for the best, maybe no one would have complained if the game was always like this. But the reality is, they have so much content built ontop of the old systems of moris and slugging that SO much stuff is about to break let me tell you. They should have just made Dead by Daylight 2 with something as drastic as this.
They can barely keep the game balanced as it is! For really big fundamental changes they need to keep moving in baby steps, changing perks, basekit killer stats and addons along the way. Frankly I think if they are really serious about adding these new Moris and unlimited basekit Unbreakables to live they should at least have it as a "gamemode" like option in live for 3 months or more.

Well it was obvious that the mori rework wouldn't come for free.. but we have to wait, the sneak peak they showed its not final and we don't really know how it would be without testing it. Im happy that at least they dare to finally speak the sentence "mori rework" after so long.

It is easy to believe that you are a good killer and a good survivor.
But to believe that you are a bad killer and that you are a bad survivor is a bit more difficult.
When I lose, I say that I am a good player and that my allies were bad or my opponents played too strong a role.
When I win, I say nothing. I don't say that my opponent's role was weak and my role was strong.
I chew on the KOTOWAZA saying, "Look at other people's behavior, and you will see how I behave."
